All shipping costs are non-refundable. When the order is offered free shipping, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the return.
Order Processing
Orders, regardless of shipping method or delivery address, may take up to five business days to process and ship. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the next business day.
Upon receiving an order placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following business day.
Personalized items may take extra 3 to 5 business days to process..
Backordered or preordered items that are part of your order may be held in order to ship them together with non-backordered or preordered items.
Orders may ship from Texas, United States, Hamburg, Germany or Hong Kong depending on your location and/or stock availability.
